Water Damage Restoration

Water Damage Restoration in the basement of a home in Annapolis, MD. The water heater leaked in this home causing damage to multiple rooms in the basement. In this particular room the carpet was delaminated and needed to be removed. You can see the white blocks our crews used to keep the furniture out of the water to limit secondary damage. Once the damaged carpet was removed they set up dehumidifiers and fans to dry out the cement floor.  After three days of the drying equipment working, our crews retested the cement and found it had come back to acceptable levels.
