With a lot of rain in the previous month, water seeped into a Millersville basement, when the homeowner went downstairs to do laundry they noticed several puddles of water around an exterior wall. Thinking the water had come in through a casement window they simply cleaned it up and went on with their day. A few weeks later after some heavy rains the customer again found puddles in the basement. This time they were extensive and she could still see water seeping in through the block wall.
